Wednesday, Friday 9 am - 8 pm and Saturday 9 am - Noon
We offer Unlimited Classes, Personal Training, Weight Loss programs, Nutritional Counseling and more. This is your place for fitness, the fun way! We are located at 501 Mt. Vernon Road on Hwy 25 in Berea. The facility is formerly known as the Berea Attic.
